RETURN POLICY


All our dresses are made to order, our products are covered by a 7-day policy for return after the receipt of your products. You have to check your dress condition in 3 days after you recevie the dress. Please note that we only accept products in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged.



1. Quality Issues


If the products are defective, damaged or mis-shipped, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement with no extra cost. But if we find that the products are not defective in any way or have been misused, then you will get no refund. If the products are damaged during delivery, you must first get proof of damage documentation from the delivery company.


2. Size Errors


Please note that all of our dresses are hand-sewn and customized, the dresses may vary approximately 1 inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will fit you perfectly, our tailors have made all of our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications easily.
